Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006
 
I just moved in. The manager went out of his way to make sure everything was good in my apartment. I am not saying everything was perfect but these ARE 30 year old buildings!!! I have always been treated with respect by the staff, which is more than I can say for the last 2 places I lived. Maybe I got lucky with my apartment, but I don't hear my neighbors, and everything is in good condition.
