If you read the list of complaints below, you will see a lot of similarities. There are complaints about the rudeness of the staff/apt managers, specifically the male who doesn't speak great English. It's not a problem that he doesn't speak English well; the problem is that he does make empty promises and is rude. You can see it for yourself by looking at responses to the complaints, they're written by him, in a rude tone. I wish I had pictures for you. Pictures of the unplowed parking lots and sidewalks. I have missed work because they do not plow in a prompt manner; my car was stuck in the parking lot because there was too much snow. There have been numerous times weren't they don't even shovel the walks until late in the day; I've had to walk in 10 inches of snow to get to my car. I have slipped (luckily now fallen) in the parking lot numerous times becasue they do not salt them. The noise in unbelieveable; you can hear your neighbor's every move. You can even hear them going to the bathroom. Nothing gets fixed in any sort of timely manner; it takes months, if they decide to fix it at all. I had a very leaky window and was told by the male apt manager that he didn't have time to fix it, and probably won't for months. He told me to put a bucket or towel uner it. Heat, Cable and Internet are advertised as free, but any person knows that anything free is built into the rent. Cable and Internet were down multiple times during the 1 year that I lived there.
I am going to be complaineg to Bell Property itself, along with the Better Business Bureau and reporting them as slum landlords to the city.

I completely agree! Finally someone else realizes how bad these apartments are. I cannot wait to move out.

I totally agree with you, Carrage way apts sucks, they are a pile of ----, litterally, the walls are thin as hell you can hear people doing the nasty. They say the pool is heated but its not, it leaks and they never clean it, theres dead animals and ---- at the bottom of the pool, nasty. The side walks have slippery slime from the pool leaking and they dont do anything about it. Sahin is the so called manager, he doesnt do anything around there and he lies to you, he doesnt keep his promises,they should get all new manager and mant. man and office people, ecpecally the lady that is really bitchy to everyone. The Mant. man's car looks like it just came from the demolition durby and hes always cracked out. Poeple steal from your storages and take your clothes out of the washer and dryer and pick threw them, like its a store. the Basements leak, well actually it floods. The bathroom and bedrooms walls have mold all in them, you cant see it but its there! if you want to have health problems, live there! but I wouldnt recamend that ---- hole place. Building 1460 is a huge drug haven, people in that building are always craked out. They have a Green slimy nasty pond that stinks. gross. If you live there and move out they will charge you thousands of dollars for something you didnt do, there rent is way to high they raise it every year, If you move there dont plan on getting your Secerity deposit back because they will make an excuse just so they can keep it. plus chagre you with something u didnt break or stain! If you move there you will most likly be living next to a child molester and peping tom's. Also if you ask them to fix something, they wont till like a month later, and if they do fix it its backwards, upside down and all over the place. The roofs leak and the cellings cave in. pretty gehtto if you ask me!! Finally someone is realizing how bad of a place that it! Dont live there dont even apply there. they rent to anyone and everyone, I lived there for 9 years, and I am glad to be out of that ---- hole.
