I can not tell you how happy I am to have moved out of these apartments!! I lived here for a long time and have watched the place go downhill. The reviews here are all accurate and truthful. You can hear your neighbor's every move. The walls were so bad that I could hear my neighbor's cell phone vibrating. The maintance staff consists of 1 person, who does nothing but talk a lot (and loudly). The male mananger who is referred to so often made me empty promises, WAYYY overcharged me for my rent and when confronted about it told me to put my notice in and that I was welcome to stay if I couldn't find anything else. WOW way to keep your residents who pay their rent on time!! The parking lots were in terrible condition all year round. Between the winter plowing and the summer potholes. Pool and fitness room included. Yeah if you want to swim in a pool that has cracks in the bottom and work out in the basement with the mice. Oh yeah, did I mention they have mice''' I had one in my aparment that had crawled up through the heating vent. I also had items kept in the basement storage that were chewed through by the mice. The police visited my apartment on a weekly basis and walking down the hall, all I would see were late rent payments. Gives you a clue as to who you are living with. My only regret with moving is that I didn't do it sooner!!! Please please read these reviews and DO NOT MOVE INTO CARRIAGE WAY APARTMENTS!!!
