I've lived here about two and a half years and can't wait to move next month! I thought the place was great at first, but it seems to go more and more downhill. They tore up the parking lot about five weeks ago and everyone has been parking on the street since. I doubt it'll even be done when I move, which will be more than two months after they ripped it apart. The sad thing is that the parking lot should have been torn up two years ago, it was the worst parking lot I have ever seen, there wasn't much cement left, I think the parking lot is actually better ripped up now then when it had some cement left.

It has become apparent that they really don't care all that much about maintenance. The parking lot is just one example. They replaced my broken dishwasher with another broken dishwasher and I'm too fed up to even bother anymore. Some minor things that I asked them to fix a year ago, they still haven't fixed and I have given up because I guess it's just "cosmetic" to want to have baseboards throughout your apartment.

The hours for the office are not that great during the week, so good luck picking up a package if you work normal business hours. However, just about every time that I try to pick up a package sent to me during office hours, no one is there anyhow, so I end up having to go there a couple times to even pick it up, sometimes it takes me weeks to pick up a package just because of there hours/not actually being there half the time.

The free internet was nice, and it used to work just fine, but for probably the last six months, it goes down multiple times every day, sometimes for minutes, sometimes longer, sometimes the whole night. It's sad that I am actually excited to pay for internet at my new apartment because at least that means I know that it will actually work.

The laundry room tends to smell most of the time and the carpet is sometimes drenched with backed up water and the machines aren't the greatest.

All in all, it just isn't worth the money. I was able to find a much nicer place with underground parking (which is great since they never plow the driveways here) for about the same. All in all, it's just extremely overpriced for what you get and there are so many other apartments that I would rent instead.
