Well, this is an interesting place, but please be aware, it is one of the least expensive places to live. With included cable and internet (a bit slow, but not bad) you have to take the good with the bad. Yes, the place does need updating. No question about it, but then another place will cost you more. If you need a newer place, this is not it. If you don't mind a place that needs some updating and you want to save a few $$s, then this is an OK place. Parking is good (outside). I have not had any issues with Maint. If I asked they came. They are a bit under staffed, but they do a good job that I can see. I live in a lower, and there is noise from the upper, but not from any other units. I could be quieter.
I have had NO problems with the staff. They seem fine to me. Reasonable, etc.
