We have lived close to 2 years in this apartment and we are moving out since we are moving out of state very soon. Wanted to post feedback on this site since i used this info when i moved in and was helpful.

Me and my wife really like this apartment and we would recommend it for anyone without a doubt. The staff has taken good care of us when needed and very attentive and professional. Thanks to Tim who manages the property. The apartments are very spacious, well maintained and are next to Greenery that we like a lot. We have a very nice view. The other things that we liked are - warm underground parking, regular snow cleanup in winter, quiet environment, very good & friendly neighbours, close proximity to Brookfield mall, Pick N Save Groceries and Bluemond Road that has all the shoppings & eateries and last but not least very close proximity to I-94 freeway. I also made use of the gym in the apartment. We get to the medical college in less than 15 minutes. Oerall its a friendly and nice place to live at and its one of the best apartments that we lived in amongst the many that we lived in different states.
