I'm questioning the integrety of these reviews. I live here and do not feel that this site is being used properly to review Fountain Square. I have had multiple problems with my maitenance and office staff experience and I don't think I am alone in this. I have talked to my neighbors and I am sure that they feel the same way. I do like the way that the leasing girl is so helping and kind. I have never had a bad experience with her. I think the maintenance guys are completely incompetent and it always falls on deaf ears with the manager. We plan to move to Rivershire. A little more expensive, yes, but I think the move will be worth it because we have friends that live there and are very happy.

I agree with this review. I think the majority of the reviews on this site are "padded" if you will. Either that or they are written by renters that have a major bias. Either way it is not a good way to judge the apartment community.

This is the second time I've lived at Fountain Square and I've had no real problems with maintenance. I've noticed the second time around living here that maintenance is a little slower on requests that I make to the office. But, on the other hand I called them on a Sunday to help me into my garage and they were here within ten minutes. Otherwise, I think this place is great compared to other places I have lived. The people are nice and the walls are not paper thin like most apartment walls.

I find it hillarious that you people can even post your 'reviews.' By definition you look at all aspects of the complex and speak about them equally. If you want to blow off steam, that's what your blog is for idiot. Now you have apt. searchers like me, looking for a place and reading somebody's stupid sob story...boo hoo, who cares, what about the parking? Laundry? Pets! Get some friggin balls idiots
