Don't bother moving here. If you have a maintenance problem it takes days for someone to come and fix anything. Also, make sure you have a shovel because it takes forever to get plowed & shoveled out. Most of the neighbors are not very friendly and it could be a little cleaner. They don't have enough recycle bins so sometimes there are tons of boxes and garbage laying all over the ground. I will soon be moving out of here but wouldn't recommend it to others.

I also live at Hidden Creek Aptartment. Poorly managed, rundown, not very clean. Rent is high for what you get and the hot water heaters are electric and are located in a utility room outside. We pay about $100.00 a month in summer and about $250.00 in winter for gas and elect. We nicknaned this place Pothole Creek, all you have to do is drive in on Hidden Creek Court and you'll see what I mean. Will be moving out very soon too, Thank God.
