Our apartment is not what we expected at all. Every move that the neighbors make can be heard in our apartment, even conversations can sometimes be heard. The doorknobs are awful, and only open when open a certain way. Appliances are cheap and don't work properly. Overall, it is not worth the money. The builing is just built bery poorly, even a professional (a roofer I think) told me that it appeared that the buildings were built in a huuge hurry, and not done properly.
I will say that the staff are very nice and helpful though!

Look at Belinski properties, they are built well!

Lol, Bielinski apartments are about the same. Wispering Ponds might be different, but 1000 for a 2bed apartment in the area is ridiculous.
