There are two great things about Pinewood, their staff and the price. The staff is usually very friendly and polite, but sometimes maintenance requests take some nagging to get done. The rent is very reasonable for the location and size of the units.

Other than those two things, I would have to say that you get what you pay for. The appliances are old, you can hear your neighbors very easily, and some units have water damage to the interior walls. If you are looking to save some money and don't care too much about living in a "luxury" apartment this is a great place. If some of the annoyances of hearing your neighbors and dealing with maintenance problems bother you too much, look somewhere else.
