This complex is a little older than some others down the road but still provides a wonderful apartment for the price. The best thing about the complex is the staff. They are in the office until 8 p.m. on weekdays and even work on Sundays. The underground parking is great during the winter months. The insulation is not the best, but the neighbors do not go out of their way to be loud. Obnoxiously loud tenants are not encouraged to live here. Some sounds get through the walls, but just normal everyday noise...the property is very nice. Yes, it was built some years ago but all in all I would much rather live here than pay over $1000/month for an apartment half the size up the road.

The staff goes out of their way to make living here an enjoyable experience.

If you love on the top floor noise won't be an issue. It is the ceilings that are terribly constructed. I've been here awhile and love the place, but I will be moving soon simply because I can't sleep with all the noise. It'd be one thing if you have someone above you with the same sleep schedule, but if they don't you'll have problems. I've resorted to using earplugs at night. My guess is that anyone that says noise is not an issue probably lives on the top floor, or has extremely quiet neighbors, because the ceilings are terrible in lower units. I swear they creak so loud that I've wondered if my upstairs neighbors would fall down on top of me someday, and also you really can hear everything from tv, to conversation. So upstairs neighbors...be careful what you do and say, because...we can hear you! :P
