Stay away!! not worth the money!! the staff seems nice, but they fail to keep the premises up! my ceiling started to leak in the extra bedroom-called the "great" maintenance staff and they refused o come and look at it. they said all apartments are reporting it and the will COME PAINT OVER IT IN THE SPRING. the noise is unbeliveable. it sounds like hippos running around upstairs and inthe hallways in the middle of the night. but when they start singing out the windows at 2 am on a tuesday, you know they are humans. appliances are older then my grandmother! they dont work very well either! and it nearly impossible to get anything fixed. you can clearly hear when rush hour is down moorland even though you are told differently while veiwing. snow removal is a joke. and it takes about 10dollars to do 2 load of laundry-more if your neighbors dont open the dryer door while its running then leave it open so the time runs out!!!

Take your response and shove it! What, do you work for this place or what?? I lived in many apartments, and none of them were horrible like this one. And yes, it does take that about that much money, more so with 3 loads of laundry though

no, i don't work for this place but you need to realize that you won't find anything better around here for this price. And, the washing machines are probably something you should have checked before you moved in. If that is such a big deal for you take your laundry somewhere else. Or better yet, find somewhere else around here that has garaged parking and central air for this price. Oh, and if you did your laundry every week you wouldn't have so many clothes to wash. seriously, if you don't like this place move. I don't know what else to tell you. Judging by your comments you are probably a pain in the ass tenant that they won't miss anyway.
