I have no idea what the other reviews here are talking about. I have lived in these apartments for about a year, and have nothing but good things to say. On move in day I found that the shower curtian rod needed to be replaced and that the hot waater heater timer was not working. The office staff brought me a new curtian rod the same day and had the water heater timer fixed the next day. The underground parking is fantastic. The woods are beautiful and are great for my dog to run around in, although I wish there were walking paths through them. Speaking of the dog, its hard enough (if not impossible) to find a place that will take dogs, and for the price that Pinewood Creek offers. The appliances are new and there are no major construction issues (however, I can only speak for the 3250 building. Ive never been in ther other ones). As for noise, I eigther have neighbors that are all dead or the walls are thick enough. I cant even hear the other dogs bark unless im in the hallway.
I think all the other negative reviews here are from one person posting multiple times after some kind of isolated negative experience.

You must be a major ass kisser or work for these apaprtments. And no, it's not the same dam person posting negative reviews of this place! Everything said that is negative about this place is true! How is the underground parking fantastic? You have to pay extra if you want it, and on top of that, they jack up the price to an extra 50 bucks during winter! WTF? And it's not hard at all to find apartments that allow pets. I think you must be blind if you think that the appliances are new, because they are not! They look and work like they are from the 80's. And you need to read the other reviews more careful 'cuz they are talking about the dam people above and below you, not the people living next door. I can't hear the neighbors right next to me, but good lord, it really sounds like a bunch of fat asses stomping around above me. And below me, it sure sounds like the lady chokes on chicken bones. And I'm calling -------- that you can only hear dogs bark if your out in the dam hallway. I can hear people in the hallway that are upstairs!

I totally agree with the 2 previous responses. I posted anonymously (only once also) because,unfortunately-I still live there,with no lease, for which I pay $30 more a month to do. Check out the guy's review that posted the water damage pictures! I had water damage also which was painted over twice. If those darn centipedes return while I'm still there, I'm snapping a picture. And did this person ever possibly think that nobody is currently living above her or she's lucky and has a 90lb old woman living alone upstairs who sits in her chair all day. And dogs, I'm not annoyed by their barking, but my neighbor across the hall has 2 dogs, one got out one day, and proceded to poop right near her door, which obviously, is right near mine. It took her all day before somebody scooped the poop! I also witnessed a guy letting his dog poop near my mailbox and then kicking snow over it to cover it up. Not all dog owners, Miss Perfect apartment, are responsible!!

I hated living in Pinewood, it was a biggest rip off of all the places I have ever lived. I represent one of these posts and since I only posted once I can say that it's clearly not the same person. I am glad you had a good experience but I don't think others should be accused of lying because of your one situation.
