I spent a year living at the Sanctuary and would recommend it to anyone looking for a conveniently located apartment just off of I-94. We had few service calls, but the ones we did have were remedied fairly quickly. The workout room had a dysfunctional eliptical machine, but that was minor as they had quite a few different options. The pool area and rental rooms in the main office building were also very nice amenities to offer. In addition in our area there was always available overflow parking a short distance away if the main lot filled up.
