Stonegate is a really nice apartment complex. The one bedroom units feature high ceilings, fireplaces, washer and dryer in the unit, private entries, attached garages, dishwashers, garbage disposals, and nice built-in microwaves. The two and three bedroom units are huge, up to 1600 square feet. The complex has a nice clubhouse, pool, hot tub, and fitness center. There's also a tennis court with a basketball hoop. The staff is usually fairly nice. The mailbox is about a hundred yards away, since it is outdoors and shared by several buildings. The first year the rent went up by ten dollars, but this year it was thirty-five. They charge fifteen dollars a month extra for pets (cats, small dogs) and an increased security deposit.

There are better deals to be found out there, but not in the immediate vicinity. There is a nice complex across the street (Fountain Square) that doesn't have as many amenities, and a place in Franklin (Plum Tree) that is less and has a sand volleyball court.

Fountain Square and StongGate are owned by the same management company. If you're looking for a similar style with a lower pricetag, check there. You;ll find differences in amenities to cut costs, but a lot of shared features such as the casino nights and wine tasting parties.
