I really like living here. It has deteriorated, somewhat, in the last few years. They are very quick to fix things and the maintence staff is wonderul. However, slow to replace things as they wear out. In the 5 years I've been there, they have not painted, replaced any appliances, carpeting or flooring. The pool is great, although, over the years more and more children are overtaking the pool. They don't seem to enforce the lease rules, people park right in front of NO Parking signs. The work out room is very nice. I feel very safe there, very well lit. Love the patio, you can plant what you like. It is poorly insulated for temperature control and noise, (high heating bills) and and you can hear your neighbor walking above you, vaccuming and going to the bathroom. I don't see any dogs running loose and I have a dog. People picking up after their dog is a problem, but that is not indicative of just this place. Any where you go that allows dogs, you have that problem.
