Even though I made sure the apartment was clean when moving out, I was charged hefty cleaning fees. It was hard trying to get back the money since I had moved to a new City. My advice, take pictures or get management to inspect the apartment at the time of the move-out.

I've lived at Stonegate on National Ave in New Berlin too--there are 2 girls that work in the office and they are unresponisve and rude. If you have any issue with anything on the property, good luck. Don't live at Stonegate--your $1000 per month rent would be better spent elsewhere!
