I agree with the last comment. They won't even let my child ride her bike around the property! But National ave is ok'''' We will not be renewing either!Management has become VERY unfriendly and unresponsive to issues we have in our apartment. Our heating bills averagr around $200 per month as well. Asked to have our windows looked at and they refused. StoneGate looks very nice from the outside but is TERRIBLE on the inside! For the rent they charge, they should be a little more KID and MAINTENANCE friendly. It is the office's job to handle complaints and issues and instead they act like we bother them. Moving once lease is up, can't wait! Found a property very similar in the area.... the staff is VERY freindly and apartments are beautiful for around the same price. If anyone is interested it is right on Moorland.....check it out! First thing i asked is about children and if they can ride their bikes around the property, their answer was, "well of course"!!

Bike riding is allowed on the property. I asked about the rule of rollerblading and skateboarding, and was told that it is because of insurance company restrictions. Big deal! I'm sure other places have the same restrictions for the same reasons, but saying they don't allow bike riding is not true. According to the office, they NEVER said that!

I also live at Stonegate in New Berlin and have found the management to be extremely unhelpful and rude. You better hope you don't have issues with neighbors or appliances/amenities b/c nothing will be done. Of course those two ------- in the office are going too deny ever saying that! Have you ever had an issue yourself there?!?!?
