I live at Stonegate and found this website and thought I would share my opinions. I do like living hereand my place is stylish. But I am not happy with the rent. Incomes are going down but my rent just went up a couple of months ago. My friends told me that where they live their rent did not change or they got money off. I don't really want to move though because I do like the area. The only negative things would be that the rent is pretty high and I don't care much for the manager. She is never available. it'd be more convenient if she didn't work part time. There is usually someone in the front office to cover though. I only saw her at the pool gathering when she made a couple of announcement. The rest of the time she hid from us on the other side of the fence with the cooks. The other office girl mingled with my friends and some other tenants but I expected the manager to be more friendly. I'd like to see a change in offering lower rent to longer term tenants and a change in management. I definately like the pool the location and style of my apartment so those things are keeping me here for now. And the attatched garage is my favorite.

I got a email saying there was a reponse to my review but it says that it is being reviewed for fraud. I was giving my honest opinion of how I like living here and instead I am being told it is bad and accused of being a employee. I don't comprehend why a negative comment is fraudulent? If this is how comments are treated I know now to never rely on this website for information. This website should be for tenants only and I am disgusted employees can write things. I do not see any other messages marked as fraud so i mustve wrote my opinions at the wrong time. If this website does not want us to say things like that then they should not have created it. we are entitled to an opinion, which is all I did. like living here but not all is perfect
