I have lived in many apartments in my lifetime. I have lived in the worst of the worst and I must say that Stonegate is definately the best of the best! First, I have had great response from the office staff when we have needed attention within our space. Second, the people that live in this neighborhood are responsible, kind, nice, considerate, and I feel safe here. Lastly, the apartment itself is wonderful! The way that the bulidings are constructed, they are very well insulated (we have never heard any of our neighbors since we moved here a few years ago). We have a dog (which is allowed) and the complex proxides little bags and stations everywhere for us to properly dispose of our puppy waste. Before we lived here in Stonegate we lived in a different complex owned by the Thompson group that owns Stonegate as well. Of course moving here was "moving up" (now we have the attached garage, washer and dryer in unit) but even at our previous complex the staff was very polite and the apartments were very well taken care of. That is the main thing to consider, since they maintain the apartments so well here we haven't really had any major problems since we moved here. You will not be sorry if you choose to move into a Stonegate apartment!

I honestly don't know what to think. I always use this website when I am interested in a place. I looked at Stonegate a few days ago and liked it. when I went to this website I got disappointed. there are so many reviews written unlike other complexes. Are there really that many tenants using this site? I'm also wondering why everytime a negative review is written, one or more positive reviews are always written within 1 day of the negative one. I also noticed that for every negative review a sarcastic comment is written about the person who wrote it. I am disappointed because I feel I can't rely on the accuracy of these reviews. I get the feeling that people who work there are writing them. It makes me feel that they can't handle criticism and end up making the wrong impression. I feel that way.

Does anyone know if there is a way to be removed from the e-mail list for this website? I do not want to be notified everytime someone places a comment.

in every email ApartmentRatings sends there's instructions for how to be removed if you no longer wish to receive notifications.
