We lived here for a year and glad to leave.
Management has different rules depending if they want renew your lease or not.
We were not renewed because someone else's dog barked and we were blamed for it.
Management also was very slow to respond to any of our complaints.
Seems like if you do everything they want you to but complain about others that break the rules you get kicked out.
Pet friendly''' Give me a --**ing break.
In this era of customer service, we are now glad to be out this customer non-friendly place.
You can find greater value and service much cheaper.
Don't bother to rent here.

This is an untrue review. There has not been a non-renewal of this nature at StoneGate. This is clearly a form of revenge and it has been flagged. Thank you.

How do they know? Obviously it's because the staff is loging in here and making anonymous comments. It's common for companies to pay to have review sites inundated with wonderful reviews. However, since they got rid of ------ and that staff, things are a little better

Stonegate sucks! Don't do business with them--you will regret it. It's run by inept, immature people that like to misuse their titles. Lived at Stonegate for 2 years and glad to get out. They love writing positive things about themselves "anonymously." I've had conversations with the property manager (unfortunately). Sounds just like her! Unwilling and unable to address any concerns. BAD NEWS!

I don't think "getting rid of" anyone makes any difference but I admit I have cared for some more than others. Ginger, Nikole, Karen, and Debbie have been my favorite people in the office and all the maintenance men have been wonderful, so I do not believe anything is necessarily better (or worse) in anyone's absence.
