Stonegate is an upscale apartment run like a low class slum. My refridgerator broke in August, since I was out of town for a week, everything in my refridgerator spoiled. I immediately let the office know. They blamed me & said I had too much food in my freezer. I have rented for years and never had that happen. They refused to replace it even though my thermometer showed it only coold to 55 degrees, not safe. It took several complaints until it was finally replaced at the end of October. They did not renew my lease, which is fine because I wouldn't have renewed it anyway. I would recommend Stonegate only if you are prepared to do all your own maintenance, and replace things at your own cost.

We rented over 5 years ago and looks like the same issues as when we were there. Slandering this community? Get real. Facts don't lie and THAT is not slander!!

I had a problem with my fridge and was told the same thing: too much food in the freezer. It was never a problem in the past and wasn't a problem going forward. I think it's an issue of too many units for too few maintenance workers: they want a quick fix (e.g. too much food) so they can move on to the next service ticket.

I had a fridge problem and it was fixed in a few hours - Sorry I think you are wrong - I have never been more impressed by apartment maintenance than I have while living here - but thats my opinion.
