I wrote a review too and I mean every word of it. I DO like the office staff, I DO like the grounds, I Do agree maintenance could be better. Also the utility bills are on the high side.. BUT all the same - my review is 100%. I agree too that if there are false positive OR negetive reviews left on this forum they should stop. I was getting the impression that on the other side the bad reviews seemed a little odd and maybe pejorative. Maybe I'm wrong... Either way I reported this to the office today because it is getting a little rridiculous and I wanted them to be aware aware of this too. The person in the office that I talked to said they don't really pay much mind to the reviews because they know it is not really a fair way of dealing with things. But they also said they felt that if someone was really that upset they would have come to them to allow them to help first. Thank you and don't you dare say that I am not legit because I do take offense to that.

where's your other review? re-scoring with a 2nd review skews the results too...

That is correct - and you are correct about the multiple review thing - it is not fair and does skew the results. So lets keep it acurate please. I'm glad to know that the new reviews are true also. I do't think that the stonegate office or the people leaving reviews have time to waste. Well, on the otherhand if someone is that upset they may take things too far and that is not fair either. Anyway, enough said!
