I love this apartment community; I live with my small female siberian husky and was looking for a relaxed place to live where I would feel comfortable and my husky would have a place to walk that is safe and clean. I clean up after her, and I notice most other residents are very clean about this also. The management is very nice but seem to understand what is so lacking in management at other high end apartments I have lived in; residents do not pay top dollar to be bothered, and residents want privacy. You will get that here. It is a laid back complex, children have ample place to play, seniors seem to love it here, dogs are welcome, and the grounds are kept up and the complex is clean and attractive. If you are a person who is clean, takes care of property with respect and also desire privacy, and comfort, move here. The maintenance crew is also a plus. They are efficient, thoughtful and good at what they do. I recommend The Highlands of New Berlin to my coworkers and others often (did I mention the parking' I have never lived in a complex with SO MUCH visitor parking available.
