The owners are a joke. They are cheap liars. They have an awful time keeping onsite managers due to their unwillingness to pay them fairly. They expect everything for free. There are many code violations on the property and police calls on record with the city for drugs and domestic abuse. Most of the neighbors are elderly and if you must live in this complex i would ask for one of the back two buildings, preferably the one on the right.
