I have been told that my complaints of noise are only coming from me, but if you were to walk down my row of apartments any time on a weekday or weeknight the only noise comes from the apartment upstairs. I am guessing that the manager is either afraid to do anything or just doesn't care. Complaints to the owner go unresponded also. I do not buy or park a nicer car in the lot because there are cars that have been abandoned in the lot all through the winter for at least two years now. The sheriffs came knocking upstairs and they just didn't answer, so no wonder this guy thinks he can get away with whatever he wants. Oh, and let's not forget about the visiting barking dog that stays a week at a time and the children that don't play outside(now that it is nice out)but constantly run through the apt and knock things over, so much so I am sure someone may be hurt. DO NOT MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO BE IGNORED, TENANTS GET AWAY WITH ANYTHING! HEAT IS EXPENSIVE!!

I simpathise with you, it's not much better over hear at Hidden Creek Aptartments. Bad managment, junkers in the parking lot, high utility bills, and real bad nabors. This complex has the same problums.
