I lived at alpine in West Allis for two months, the sister property to woodridge, same owner, literally across the street. We have a new manager here and she is just as rude as they come, compared to the last one that just sat back in his chair playing on the computer and never cleaned a thing during the five months he was the manager. She started here a few weeks ago, forth one in three years. We have constant water flooding and damage here, three times this year the staff, or contractors, were here fixing leaks. They were extremely efficent but never the less the damage is constant. The porches are falling off the buildings, they look horrible. The hallways are dirty and in desperate need of paint or something. There are cables running from roof to roof on the buildings just hanging down...dont rent here!!!!!!!!!
