I've been living at Woodridge for a few months now, and problems started even before my roommates and I moved in. First we all took a trip down here to sign the lease, and low-and-behold, the new manager didn't have the papers because the computer was down, so she couldn't print them.

Then it took forever for us to get the papers once she had them. Signed them, and she got some of the information wrong, so we had to wait almost two more months to get the right copies of it.

Several parts of the apartment needed fixing the moment we got in there - luckily the maintance guy fixed it all shortly after it was reported.

One of our biggest problems was parking. We requested 3 spots, yet we know that 2 was what we were suppose to be given. That 3rd spot was like pulling teeth. For literally almost 4 months, we didn't have a 3rd spot, and when we finally did, management gave it to someone else.

Although at first the management seemed nice, they never did anything for us after the first call - we had to call at least 3 times to get anything done.

Overall, the place is nice, spacious and I love the layout, but management doesn't have my vote.
