I've been living here for 9 months now, and I really love the apartment. It's clean and well designed (the uppers especially - they have a nice office area). When we moved in the previous tennants had cats (I do NOT) and the cats peed all over the carpet, so they replaced all flooring everywhere in the apartment and charged them. I've never had a maintenance request, so I cannot comment on the previous responses. We have new neighbors now who are slightly annoying - dogs barking, son playing loud music, but nothing out of the ordinary. I really like living here!!
