It's only been a month since I've been a resident, but so far I have no complaints. I was a little scared from reading some of the reviews, but so far I have had no problems with management or maintenance. I have had no reason to contact maintenance so far, so we'll see. I can tell that the management is not exactly top notch by way they returned my calls with the lease. Like the other reviews have stated the apartments are very nice inside and out and they're also very quiet, which all in all is the most important thing. I'll post a follow up in the future if I have any problems, but as of now I would recommend this community.


***UPDATE***

Well, it's been a few months now since I've moved in and I'd like to update that the apartments actually have very thin walls. Whenever the resident below me is watching tv I can hear it, and also when I'm in my bathroom I can hear my neighbors talking. With the walls being so thin it makes it very difficult to listen to music or watch a movie without disturbing my neighbors. So, with the price of rent for the apartments I would expect better quality in the construction.

2009 Update:

Management has hiked up the rents due to the construction of the tennis courts and new club house. It's a nice place and quite roomy, but like I said in the past update the walls are very thin and I constantly hear my neighbors, so I'll be moving out. SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV
