We have lived here almost 1 year. We are in a first floor unit. We have a family above us that we hear 24/7.Kids bounce balls on the floors, run around their apartment, up & down the stairs. We can hear people talking in the bathrooms. We can hear other things from the bathrooms--which I don't need to go in to. They definetly needed to "SOUND-PROOF" a lot more. The management office has a few snippy girls. Parking is bad. Sometimes we will come home and won't have a parking spot in the lot. They definetly should have made more parking available. It feels as if we live in a motel as far as the noise level. MANY of the tenants with dogs NEVER have their dogs on leashes.

I live here. Agree on the poor sound-proofing, and I'm in an upper! There also could stand to be far more visitor parking: visitors park in spaces intended for residents, leaving residents nowhere to park if their underground spot is occupied by their other vehicle.
