I've been here for a year and I'm moving. The people are rude, but management doesn't seem to be too bad. I have had some problems with getting things fixed. My lights burnt out within a couple months. I was the first tenant in one of the new phases. No pets were allowed, only in this building, but people constantly walk their dogs in front of this building and don't clean up after them. There is trash all over the property and it never gets cleaned up. Garages flood, property floods, and nothing is done. The apartments are very nice and roomy, but insanely overpriced. I suggest paying your rent on time every month, or be prepared for the $70.00 late fee (you have 5 days, even over weekends and holidays.. yes you have to mail out rent) and when you want to renew your lease, they up your rent $150.00! Watch out for these properties, they look nice, but you will have to pay the price.
