Great Apartments, great layouts and lovely neighborhood - We lived here from Jan 2009 through April 2011. Terrible, terrible place to live! - Please save yourself the trouble and do NOT live here. For the money you spend to live in these crappy apartments, you get nothing out of it. Fantastic I'm happy with my home- it was easy to get settled in here. No noise, private. My maintenance requests have all been taken care of within the same day. Neighbors are nice, mostly. Definitely give it a shot.

happy renter Confused on previous reviews, I have lived at Fountain Square for 6 months now. The apartment has alot of space and closets. My neighbors are super nice and outside of regular noises I don't hear much. I did have to call in a work order and it was taken care of within a day.

Best Apartment Complex I'v been in! I loved living at Stonegate. I've been renting different apartments for approximately 9 years. This was the best apartment, complex, staff, I've ever experienced. If you have any problems maintenance wise they will come withing 24 hrs

Hidden Gem This is the best apartment I've ever had the pleasure of renting. Beautiful area, safe neighborhood (I never even locked my door), spacious apartment, underground parking, and plenty of old people who don't make any noise.

enjoying the new home I moved in 6 months ago and really like the apartment. I like the openess of the kitchen. There is plenty of parking by my building and the snow cleanup so far has been great. I have not had to call the office very often but when I did they were very helpful.

LOVE IT!! We love it here. I did a lot of research to find apartments that allowed dogs and am so glad we found this place. It was a little more then what we wanted to spend but it has been worth it. The office and staff are great! Whenever we have an issue it was taken care of within 24 to 48
