I have a one year lease that is almost up and I can't wait to be done with this place. It appeared to be satisfactory at first but after a few weeks I wish I had never moved in. The office staff was only nice to prospective renters who always came first. Maintenance calls took forever to be even looked at and then were usually written off as no big deal. Don't waste your time here, you're just another monthly rent check to them
