I have to disagree with the previous 2 negative reviewers.

Overall experience was positive (stayed a year). Complex is new, location is great, staff/mangement is courteous and responsive.

The amenities seem nice (fitness room, pool, hot tub) but we never used them.

We had very few maintenance calls but those we did have were taken care of quickly.

In response to the negative comments others have made:

1- Excessive entering the apartment ? Well its better than never entering. We do not have a pet so this was never an issue. But seriously, checking out the air filters and gas fireplace once a year seems like a pretty smart thing for them to do doesn?t it'

2- Late Rent ? They are running a business and legally have to provide you with a written letter for failure to pay. To complain about mangement when you didn?t pay them on time is crazy.

3- Low Income Families ? Not sure where this person was living. I never saw any crack deals going down. This is one of the more expensive places in the area. Check with the Oak Creek police department (414-768-6500), the complex has an extremely good reputation.

In my opinion Centennial Park should be on your short list. Talk to the nice ladies in the office and take a tour ? you won?t be disappointed.
