I lived at Centennial park for the past few years, and of all the places I have rented --- this has been the worst in terms of apartment management, hands down.

As our apartment was newly built, we had MANY problems the first year. Clogged toilets, the seal around front door leaks constantly, front door is difficult to close because the lock is not aligned properly, small worms seem to work their way out from under the carpet (not sure how that's happening), large earth worms get in through the poorly sealed patio door during rain storms. I could go on and on. Other than the visible grounds from the street, ALL other ground maintenance is ignored. Grass is not watered, plants are not upkept, etc.

Other than a great location, nice view, and good neighbors there is very little GOOD I can say about this apartment complex.

As previous reviews stated, there is NO leeway on rent. If you don't pay on the 1st because you are out of town, you get an eviction notice taped to your door almost immediately. I have never lived in a place that has not given you a couple of days grace period before --- if nothing else as good customer service.

Maintenance is slow to respond and does half-assed work when they do. We requested salt several times for the icy walkway (because the gutters were clogged, so melting snow was pooling on the sidewalk and in front of garages) --- yet the salt bin remained empty the entire winter.

This place is run poorly by mediocre staff. On multiple occasions we had to contact Wimmer directly with complaints or questions, as the staff relied heavily on "it's policy" as a standard response.

With so many other apartments in the area, I would go with any over Centennial Park.
