This is by far the worse place to live in the city of Milwaukee, Management has changed 3 times in the past 4 months the last lady looked like a crack head, stood outside the office several times a day smoking, and would not give you the time of day if you stopped her in the parking lot. The noise is terrible, you can hear the neighbors phone ringing, going to the restroom, among other things that we don't want to talk. People park all along the fire lane, in the mud & again nothing is done, when signing a lease they schedule 90 minutes so you can sign a bunch of rules that are a joke, the hottub each & every summer is floating with babies in diapers so you can't enjoy that EVER, the fitness center equipment is always broke with no plansd to fix they just slap an out of order sign on it. Maintenance is also a joke the guy is clueless & the few times I had a problem all he did was come with a tube of caulk & left a huge mess. they have a so called clubhouse that they charge an outragious amout to rent & can only have it for a few hours because they are open 7 days a week. WARNING WARNING don't waste your time, Wimmer Communities is a joke & they don't care about the residents at any of the many properties they all have bad reviews.

I can hear my upstairs neighbors going to the bathroom too - its disgusting!!!!!
