I have lived here for 7 months and have no compalints. I live in the new section, that must be the issue with everyone else. The apartments are clean and do not smell at all, the price is a bit expensive, but try finding a decent looking place that allows pets. I don't understand why everyone had so many problems! It is a beautiful place, and as for the people complaining about the tenants parking violations and drugs (which is so very hard to believe) tell the management! They will do something about it. If they don't call the cops, you can't blame that on the apartment, that is not there fault. Learn what a review is about. I highly recommened the new sections of apartments (but not the old ones).
