Maintenance people and their work are top notch in this place. They will come out and repair anything that is not functioning promptly. Got new blinds, carpeting and paint when moved in. You don't have to pay by the 1st as long as you pay by the 5th which is GREAT compared with many other apartment complexes that have zero tolerance for late payments on the 2nd or later. Owner is fantastic, caring and compassionate. Wish he would replace burned out and grumpy office staff with new considerate staff like himself. My car hasn't been deliberately dented here at all like it was dinged and dented many times by wild teenagers at previous apartments in Oak Creek. Parking is a problem with multiple renters or adult aged kids of one apartment with only one parking spot and one single garage. A very lovely swimming pool was open on time from Memorial Day to Labor Day. It's a wonderful place to live in and highly recommended. Large bedrooms and large storage in apartment and lots of storage in garage, too. And your own dining room vanity bar and cabinets which you do not normally see in most similar priced apartments. I love this place!
