Well, I have not rented from Country Oaks, but today, I did call there asking about open units. I just want to point out that the sales staff are very unprofessional, and based only on my 4 min phone conversation I would not send anybody there. Simply asking questions about open units, response was is that all your questions.. you know I really have to go, we have somebody "signing" a lease. (Excuse me I am thinking') It was like a car sales person. Complete turn off.

We just went there on a Sunday for a showing. The woman (in sweats) wouldn't pick up her head when we walked in and was on the phone with a current resident. She was telling the resident there was nothing she could do about an unregistered car parked in the lot- nice. When she did finally pick up her head she told us to go ahead and walk in the model but it probably smelled like onions b/c maintenance was just in there. If you do take a look around- check in the washer in the model, it's full of hair!
