GREAT for the money

This is a great place to live for the money. Has all the upper class benefits, at a lower price. I seldom hear neighbors, and love the private enterance, garage, central air, washer and dryer, spacious kitchen with patio and dishwasher! Rooms are spacious too!
I've lived in a few apartments during college years, and always could hear neighbors and was cautious about privacy. Country Oaks feels like a condo, and I feel like I am living in a home rather an apartment! I love it :).
