I have lived here for four years and have had several problems. There is a washer and dryer in the unit but you have to dry your clothes 2-3 times before they are dry. My neighbors above me put a king sized comforter in their washer and it overflowed leaving water stains on my celing. Management said they couldn't repaint because we hadn't been here 7 years yet!! Someone tried to push my door in and cracked it. The maitence put big nails in the door to fix it. It now looks like a door you would find in the ghetto. There is only one parking spot and no visitor parking. Huge problem if you have more than one car or guests. There is a garage that is shared. The person whom I share with never closes the garage leaving all my items open for everyone. There is no storage units. The staff and maitence is extremely rude.
