We were supposed to move in in early May and we were told that the apartment that they had for us was ready.We had about all of our things packed and ready to move in.We were given a key with no lease papers to sign yet(luckily for us)apparently they were not ready yet.We went to the apartment and could not believe what a mess it was.Totally Disgusting!!Nothing at all like the model they had shown us.The windows were in terrible shape,holes in screens and all the seals were broken between the glass.The carpet had been shampooed but lots of stains were still very visable.Also found a hole(burn mark)in the carpet.The Stove was off balance and the cupboards were so cheaply done.They had the maintance man come and take a look at these problems.Especially the carpet and the windows and the cupboards.one cupboard had a shelf that was bowed in the middle and he said it was fine and to put heavy dishes on it to even it out.This is the worst place that we ever did see.Not at all worth the money.Needless to say we stayed at where we are now and we are VERY,VERY thankful that the papers were not ready to be signed.Tracey never called us about any of this.I would NEVER Reccomend these apartments to anyone,not even my worst enemy.
