I have lived here for almost a year and I can't wait to get out of here. When we came to rent, we were shown a model apartment that was in great condition. We were told that we couldn't see the apartment we were to rent because it was occupied. When we moved in the place was nothing like the model home. The carpet was stained, burned, and in a few places actually had carpet tacks sticking out(I had to put a throw rug over it). The place was dirty, paint everywhere, the list could go on and on. When we asked for the carpet to be replaced they told us no because we had a dog and a kid. Two days after we moved in our heater went out at night(in December) and we had to wait over a day for it to be fixed with a one year child in the house. There is never anywhere to park. The staff is unfriendly and not willing to help with anyhting. Once they have a signed lease, they could care less about you. The place is old and run down which is ok except the rent is $930 for a two bedroom. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone ever!

We were told that we couldn't see the apartment we were to rent because it was occupied. When we moved in, the place was nothing like the model home. We were in the same situation and we only managed to pay one dollar less than you guys.
