I have really enjoyed my time at the Gables...Its a private community with only one entrace and exit, as a parent this is great. We don't have random traffic cutting through our property so I can go for a walk with my kids and feel safe. Maintenence was always timely andI strongly disagree with the review from a person before this. I get two parking spots and one is in a garage. It didn't cost any extra money! I've lived in other apartments and they charge you to have a parking spot, you get 2 here for free, pick your battles! They also have visitor parking spaces throughout the whole community. It's first come first serve but that's only fair...atleast they have extra spots so vistors don't have to worry about getting tickets on the street. Anyway, I'm not going to write a novel, I was very satisfied. Some people can't be pleased...if your not happy, then don't live there.

This review is absurd. You love it so much, then you shouldn't have purchased a house to move away from Gable. They charged from $40- $75 for a garage, so the garage is never free. They even charge $20 for the carport. The assistant before couldn't even remember if we have a garage or a carport for rent. She get confused all the time. The only free parking is the open space with no covering. The office does nothing for snow days. They closed the office for all the hours of the dates it did snowed. And we had heavy snow on December 2008. We also had six more snow days from Jan to Mar 2009.
