As long as you don't need anything done or fixed or replaced things are fine. The rent is cheap, it has to be. Turnover is unbelieveable. Snow removal is terrible. The place is not kept up. Owner and manager do not return your calls. If you need something replaced, they wait until more units need this same service. My washer and dryer has been down for over a year. I have to go to the laundromat, but I do deduct that from the rent. I would prefer having the washer/dryer working in the apartment, not fun to drag your clothes to the laundromat. They don't screen for pets. We have vicious dogs that get out of the apartments and go after people and other dogs. Some apartments have 3 or 4 dogs each in them. The renters don't clean up the dog poop. When they cut the grass, it isn't swept up, so the grass blows into your apartment. Landscaping is a joke. The parking lot hasn't been repaved (black top) for 9 years. As I said above, renters beware.
