HORRIBLE -- RUN DOWN ! !

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
I rented an apartment there for over two years. The apatments are run down, you don't have a close parking space. You have to pay extra for another one. The stove is TINY and OLD. Everythings old and run down. No decent air conditioning. Balconies are a tiny joke. My opinion is the owner is just concerned about collecting rent, and doesn't want to put money in to improve the place. I found the lady manager VERY nice and helpful. But the man manager never smiled and was very unfriendly. You can find better living conditions elsewhere. Just keep looking !
