We really liked the apartment when we moved in. We have a big apartment with 2 patios, and an open kitchen. The management was nice to us with a basic lease, now the property has been bought and the lease is like a book. Staff is nice enough. Property is pretty well maintained. I did have to dig my way out of the snow one day last winter. No reserved parking, and enforcement sucks. Cars park everywhere and some renters fell entitled to two spaces for 1 car, which further limits parking. Some people feel the need to squeel out of the lot. Lots of kids, so as a new 3rd shifter, I've had issues sleeping this summer. We have our own laundry in the basement, but we put locks on it to keep neighbors from using it. We also have restrictions about no laundry after 10. It's nice overall, I can't hear my neighbors on either side, but I can hear the ones below us. I'm ready for a home.
