With all the rain we have had our basement is leaking. When I called the emergency maintence line yesterday I was told I would get a call back and never did. So 6 hours later I called again, then the maintence person called back. HE WAS SO RUDE. He was yelling at me for calling and just about had me in tears. Our sum pump went out and he proceeded to tell me that there was nothing wrong with it and that he had just checked it. First of all, he did not, I had been home the entire time, nobody came to look at it. Second, it was not doing anything except making a humming noise, it was pretty much crapped out. Water was flowing out the top and water was also flowing underneath the emergency door, the drain outside the door was clogged, but he didn't seem to care about that either. They have promised to make changes and improvements since buying out the original owners, however Banner Apartments has failed to make good on any of their promises, other than remodeling their own office and charging more for rent. Once a month in the morning they stand out at the end of each parking lot and hand out bagged breakfasts. They can keep their stupid breakfast. Fix what needs to be fixed, cut the grass, do some landscaping. It's awful and I cannot wait to get the hell out of the hell hole. Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7

pretty sure you called five minutes later because i was standing right there with the maintenence man when you called both times. if your such a genious at fixing apartments then why the hell dont you do it. there are 230 apartments what is he supposed to do when it rains? hold an umbrella over the place? seriously! and also its not the maintenence guys idea to be handing out the breakfasts its the office workers idea so why dont you yell at them for a change! the office workers change their mind every five minutes and give the maintenence guys no chance to finish so learn the facts before pointing fingers and get a life!
