I don't know what all the bad reviews are for - my husband and I lived here for a year, and we really enjoyed it. Maintenance issues were always fixed promptly, and we enjoyed the pond view from our balcony and living right next to the park with tennis & volleyball courts! As someone else said, it is a big apartment complex - it's not going to be perfect! But for the price, we thought it was a very good value.
The geese were annoying in the fall as they migrated through here - but since then they have not been too bad.
Nice clean and well-kept apartments, we would definitely recommend them!
